Terms of Use — Tactic Board Football

Effective date: June 2, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game Tactic Board Football (“TBFootball”, the “Game”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (https://tacticboardfootball.com/privacy). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to play. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Game only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to Use the Game

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. We retain all rights not expressly granted.

3. The Game Is an Online Service

The Game requires an internet connection. Matches, progression, currencies, and purchases are processed and stored on our servers, which are authoritative. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Game (including features, content, and the in-game economy) at any time, with or without notice.

4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

  • The Game includes virtual items and currencies (such as in-game coins and diamonds), players, boosts, and training camps (together, “Virtual Items”).
  • Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no monetary value, are not real currency or property, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for real money or anything of value outside the Game.
  • Purchases of Virtual Items are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat, and are subject to their terms. Prices and offers may change.
  • Except where required by law or the applicable app store’s policy, purchases are final and non-refundable. Consumable Virtual Items are delivered immediately and consumed within the Game. Refund requests are handled by the relevant app store.
  • We may manage, adjust, regulate, rebalance, remove, or reset Virtual Items, prices, drop rates, and the in-game economy at any time. We have no liability for any change in the value or availability of Virtual Items, or for the loss of Virtual Items (for example, on account reset or termination).
  • You may lose access to Virtual Items if you stop playing, delete the app, or your access is terminated under these Terms.

5. Advertising

The Game is supported by advertising, including optional rewarded ads you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Ad availability, reward amounts, and frequency are determined by us and our ad partners and may change. Your advertising and consent choices are described in our Privacy Policy (Section 5).

6. Fair Play and Acceptable Use

To keep the Game fair, you agree not to:

  • cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game outcomes, currencies, scores, or standings;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, intercept, or modify the Game, its network traffic, or our servers, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
  • use bots, automation, emulators, modified clients, or unauthorized third-party software to play or to obtain Virtual Items;
  • access, probe, or interfere with our servers or other users’ data; or
  • resell, trade, or transfer your account, Virtual Items, or access for real-world value.

We use server-side validation to detect tampering. If we believe you have violated this Section, we may, without notice or refund, remove illegitimately obtained Virtual Items, reset progress, or suspend or terminate your access.

7. Intellectual Property

The Game and all related content — including code, gameplay systems, graphics, text, logos, the “TBFootball” / “Tactic Board Football” names, and trademarks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

8. Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that progress or Virtual Items will be preserved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, Virtual Items, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Game. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) USD $10. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Game or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, and 11) will survive.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of [insert venue] will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

12. Apple / Google App Store Terms

Your use of the Game is also subject to the applicable app store’s terms. These Terms are between you and us, not with Apple or Google, who are not responsible for the Game or for support. You represent that you are not located in an embargoed country or on a prohibited-parties list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at https://tacticboardfootball.com/terms and update the “Effective date” above. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
