Data & Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your data from Tactic Board Football Game (TBFootball). It applies to both account deletion and data deletion requests.

There is no account

The game does not require you to sign up, and we do not collect your name, email, or phone number. Your progress is stored against a random Device ID generated on your device, which is the only identifier we hold.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open the game and go to Settings → Reset Career to wipe your club, squad, and season progress. Deleting the app from your device also stops any further data collection. Note that a reset keeps a small amount of data tied to your Device ID (purchase records and in-game currency balances) for fraud prevention and legal record-keeping; to remove that too, use the email request below.

Request full deletion by email

To erase the data we hold for you, email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request” and include your Device ID.

You can find and copy your Device ID in the game under Settings → Support (the “User ID” row). We need it to locate the data linked to your device, since we have no other way to identify you.

What we delete

Your career, squad, fixtures, standings, and daily-puzzle progress
Your in-game wallet (coins and diamonds) and inventory
Your device record and the login/analytics events tied to your Device ID

What may be retained

We may retain purchase and transaction records where required for legal, financial, and fraud-prevention purposes, and only for as long as the law requires, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Purchase records held by the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by their own policies; manage those through your Apple or Google account.
